Purchasing Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the tech or B2B industry is an advantage.
