- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, system implementation, or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and IT governance frameworks is a plus.
