- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AV system design, integration, and implementation.
- Proficiency in AV design software such as AutoCAD, EASE, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of audio, video, control systems, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with industry standards (AVIXA, SMPTE, AES, IEEE, etc.).
- Knowledge of AV components, including projectors, LED walls, sound systems, and conferencing solutions.
- Experience with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, or other AV control and DSP systems is a plus.
- Ability to create system schematics, signal flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing AV setups.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills to work with clients, engineers, and installers.
